This is the agreement between your barn and Manufacturing AI Integrations, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, for the use of StallTab. By creating an account you agree to it. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you are confirming you are allowed to.

What you get

An account for your barn: horses and owners, health records and reminders, vendor invoice reading, a price list, billing runs and the invoices they produce, exports to Excel, and as many people as you want to give access to. No per-horse charge, no charge for adding your bookkeeper, no separate module for health records.

The trial

Fourteen days, free, no card. At the end of it the account stops working until a subscription starts. Your records are not deleted when a trial ends — see Leaving below.

Paying

$249 per barn per month, charged monthly in advance.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or hold your card details.
Cancel any month, from your account or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the month you are in.
If we change the price, existing barns get at least 30 days’ notice by email before it applies to them.
If a payment fails we will tell you and try again. If it keeps failing, the account is suspended rather than deleted.

Setup work

Bringing your records across, lining your chart of accounts up with your horses and owners, and connecting QuickBooks are work we do with you, quoted before we start and charged separately from the subscription. Nothing is charged for setup without a price agreed in writing first.

Your records are yours

Everything you put into StallTab stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so far as running the software for you requires. We do not use your barn’s records to train models, we do not sell them, and we do not show them to anyone outside the people you have given access to. How we handle them is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you put in: that you are entitled to enter it, and that it is accurate. StallTab produces invoices from the information and prices you give it. Check them before you send them. We are not responsible for a bill that is wrong because the information behind it was.

Using it properly

Do not use StallTab to break the law, do not try to reach another barn’s records, do not attack or probe the service, do not resell access, and do not upload anything malicious. Do not share one login between people — add them as users instead, which is free and lets you see who did what.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of the above. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you first.

Other people’s services

StallTab connects to QuickBooks, Stripe, and Anthropic’s invoice reading. Those are run by other companies under their own terms. If one of them changes, breaks, or stops offering something, we will do what we reasonably can, but we do not control them and cannot promise what they will do.

Uptime, and what we do not promise

We work to keep StallTab available and correct, and it is backed up nightly with point-in-time recovery. But we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure, and the software is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Put plainly: this is software that helps you bill, not an accountant. It does arithmetic on what you give it. Your books, your tax position and what you send an owner remain yours to check.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, even if told such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Leaving

You can cancel at any time. We can end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach it seriously.

Whatever the reason, you can export every horse, health record, invoice and price list to Excel, including on your last day. No export fee, nothing held back, no phone call required to get your own data. Records stay available for 30 days after an account closes and are then deleted.

Changes to these terms

If we change them in a way that matters, the barn’s administrators get an email at least 30 days beforehand. Carrying on using StallTab after that means the new terms apply. If you do not accept them, cancel and take your data with you.

Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Tarrant County, Texas, and both parties agree to that.

Odds and ends

If a court strikes out part of this agreement, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent; we may transfer it as part of a sale of the business. This, together with the Privacy Policy and anything you have signed for setup work, is the whole agreement between us.
