Privacy Policy

StallTab is billing software for horse barns, operated by Manufacturing AI Integrations, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what the software holds, where it is kept, who else can see it, and what happens when you stop using it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Two kinds of information
Most of what StallTab holds is not about you. It is about your barn: your horses, your owners, your vendors, your prices. You put it in, it stays yours, and this policy treats it that way.
Information about your account
- The email address and name of everyone you give access to
- Your barn’s name, its location if you enter one, and a logo if you upload one
- When each person last signed in
- The role you have given each person, which decides what they can see
Information you put in about your barn
- Horses — names, registration and identity details, ownership, health and treatment records, reminders, photographs and documents you upload
- Owners — names, contact details, and how a horse’s cost is split between them
- Vendor invoices — the files or photographs you upload and everything read off them
- Your price list, your billing runs, and the invoices they produce
We do not ask for and have no use for government identification numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers. Do not type them into free-text fields.
Where it is kept
Your records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, in the United States, under a key belonging to your barn alone. The site and the code that runs it are hosted by Netlify. Everything travels over an encrypted connection and is encrypted at rest by the storage provider.
Records are backed up nightly, with point-in-time recovery on top of that, so a mistake on Tuesday can be undone on Wednesday.
Who else touches it
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not show advertising. A small number of companies process parts of it so the software can do its job:
- Google (Firebase, Firestore) — stores your records and handles sign-in. United States.
- Netlify — serves the site and runs the code behind it. United States.
- Anthropic — when you upload a vendor invoice to be read, the image and the text on it are sent to Anthropic’s API and the result comes back to your barn. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, material sent through the API is not used to train its models.
- Stripe — takes your subscription payment. Card details go from your browser to Stripe and never reach us; we see only that a payment succeeded and the last four digits.
- Intuit — only if you connect QuickBooks. Then the invoices you choose to push are sent to your own QuickBooks company.
We will also hand over information if the law requires it, and we will tell you when that happens unless we are forbidden to.
One barn cannot see another
Every barn’s records sit under its own key, and the rules that enforce that run on the server rather than in the browser. A request for another barn’s data is refused before it reaches anything. Your people see your barn; nobody else’s people can.
Within your barn, what each person sees depends on the role you gave them. You control that, and you can change or remove someone’s access at any time.
If you connect QuickBooks, the credential that allows it is held on our servers and cannot be read by any browser, including yours.
The people your barn bills
Horse owners do not have accounts with us. Their names and contact details are in your barn’s records because you put them there, and you decide what goes in and what comes out. For that information you are the one responsible to them, and we handle it only to run the software for you. If an owner asks you to correct or remove their details, you can do it yourself, and we will help if you need us to.
Getting your records out, and deleting them
Every horse, health record, invoice and price list exports to Excel any day you like, including your last. There is no export fee and nothing is held back.
We keep your records for as long as your barn has an account. If you cancel, they stay available for 30 days so you can get them out, and are then deleted. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will. Copies may sit in encrypted backups for up to 98 days after that before they age out.
What we collect automatically
When something in the software fails, we record what broke, on which screen, and which barn it happened to, so it can be fixed. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not follow you around other websites.
Children
StallTab is business software. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell the barn’s administrators by email before it takes effect. The date at the top always says when it last changed.
